ok i'm trying to lose weight to join the military and I just want to know if what i'm doing is ok... i'm 5'8 and 180lbs and need to be around 165lbs my diet consists of fruit, veg, rice, meat (chicken and turkey) and potatos, crackers... and I've worked out that i'm eating about 1200 calories a day... I am eating breakfast, snack, lunch snack and having dinner at about 5pm... going to the gym at 6:30 pm and burning about 500 cals coming home showering and turning in for the night... only having water the rest of the night... is this ok for an effective weight loss plan? I need to lose this weight reasonable quick however it needs to stay off and also be safe. is what i'm doing ok already or is there anything I should change? appreciate any help or ideas (more...)

I like this guy and his is in the army, he asked me out on a date and I said yes, this was going to be our ?fist date? together and we have both been waiting to see each other for 4whole months, he was over in Iraq. He just came back home and I had to cancel our fist date since my grandmother is unwell. He was upset but he said that it was ok, I'm overseas now so I will not be able to see him so We keep in touch with ?face Book? so he can see Photos of me and see what I have been up too. But ?ever since I told him that I was going, he has been acting REALLY strange? First, he got ?drunk?, he sent me these Text Messages at 1am asking me were I was? so I called Him up, To see what was wrong? & he kept on asking if I was married? & If I had a Boyfriend. & he kept on saying that he wanted woman to chase after him for once and Love him. he was really ?miserable? and he just said that he wanted to still see me since his dad Lives were I live. He said that he would be in and Out of my area and that things would be ok. 2) Then Next day we worked things out and I said that he was acting weird. He said that He was Really Sorry and that he didn?t know what he was doing. After that ?Phone call?, He sends me Text Messages saying missing you ?baby and thinking of u baby and I just want to say I can?t wait to see you baby. & when he does ask me, how I am? And I reply back to him he doesn?t answers because I didn?t reply back right away? Since Im REALLY busy, I don?t know why he acts like that and Now I just feel REALLY Confused, I even wished him a happy birthday 8days ago and I sent Him this cute poem telling him that I ?cared for him? and that I would always be here for him. And he didn?t reply But I just don?t understand what he wants anymore then he puts Up these photos on ?face Book, he was with all theses Guys and woman and they all Look Drunk of there face and its like he wanted to Rub it in my face because he was with all theses woman and men and he Knows that a lot Of other guys want to date me too but I really Like him and I thought he Liked me too since he said he cared and he said he would see me again once I was back. now that I'm overseas I sent him an Email just asking him how he is and how things are going and I even said that he looked Good in his photos that he put up on face book and he replied saying this hey honey i hope your ok and loving it over there, even though its not your first prefrence.. ill be here when you come back though so don't stress baby.. always thinking of you.. you forgot to call when you left. by what he said does he sound like he likes me?? what does he mean Sorry for writing a lot I just NEED HELP (more...)

Yesterday i realized that my betta has Drospy and I didn't have anybody that could take me to the pet store(and i can't drive) and by the time my parents got home , it was too late to go . So i'm going for sure today , though could that be too late ? He is pretty atctive and he swims around. I'm going to treat with Maracyn 2 . So my question is a could he die before i even get back home ? I"m sorry for so many questions i'm just really worried . My husband and I have had our share of ups and downs like any relationship. We have 2 children and I'm a house wife which means I'm home all day with the children cooking,cleaning and playing with my children but when he gets home he act like were not here. Or I have to ask him to watch his children while I can get a break go out to talk to people over the age of 21. I want to go to work but he does want me to go back to work until both kids are in school fulltime. HELP (more...)

Hi, i am planning on using some cloth nappies with my 3 month old son but am unsure how to care for them. The brand i have is tots bots, but as they were donated to me i have no idea how to use them. Do i need to soak them, and if so what should i use? I have borax at home so could i use that to make a soaking solution or do i need to buy specialist soaking solution? Also, are they as absorbant as disposale nappies or do i need to change them more often? Please give me some advice as i have never used cloth nappies before nor do i know anyone that has used cloth nappies. (more...)
